Return Policy

Returns

We can accept returns of any of our products within 28 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging & no less than 2.5g (used) of its origin weight (equivalent of 3 days usage).

Please include your customer order number and the return address where the items can be sent. As well as a printed copy of your email confirmation with your returned merchandise.

Once returned items are received, a full refund will be processed within a 48 hour period. Please allow for 3 business days for refunds to bank accounts & Paypal accounts to clear.

Return shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable.

Damage

If your order is damaged when it arrives, please let us know so we can get a replacement out to you as the earliest possible time! In some instances, we may request photographic evidence of the damage so we can work out how it happened and take steps to further improve our service.
